Name: Abel C. Ranworth X-Men Alias: "Temper" Occupation: None Currently Residence: Los Angeles, California Ethnicity: French (though he was born and raised in America) Age: 24
Bio: Abel's parents moved to America a few years before his birth, coming from Tours, France. He was born in Virginia, and when he was 4 his family moved to Los Angeles. He discovered his mutation when he was 11, and upon showing it to his father learned that his own father was a mutant, with the power of limited telekinesis (the original cause of his parents moving away from their home). He had a relatively easy life growing up, with an accepting family and good living conditions. His first major trial in life came when he joined a gang in high school at the urging of a friend and was nearly killed in a confrontation, after which he was left with a long scar running down his left thigh (resulting in a slight limp) and his leaving the gang.
Mutation: His left hand has control over water; his right, over fire. His powers are harmonious with each other, as the water won't put out the fire, and the fire won't evaporate the water. The power reminded his mother of the tarot card "Temperance", in which an angel is oft depicted with a goblet of water and a goblet of fire, and both elements swirl harmoniously together, and thus he earned the nickname "Temper". His power only functions so long as he has control over his hands and arms - large creations of fire or water require drastic gestures, while small poofs require only the flick of his fingers.
Oh, yes, fear my crappy skills at rendering fire and water. See how realistic it is? Hohoho
